[HISTORY: Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of
Centuria at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions,
Art. IV). Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Village Board of the Village of Centuria hereby adopts § 106.50,
Wis. Stats., as amended, and all subsequent amendments thereto.
The officials and employees of the Village of Centuria shall
assist in the orderly prevention and removal of all discrimination
in housing within the Village of Centuria by implementing the authority
and enforcement procedures set forth in § 106.50, Wis. Stats.
The Village Clerk-Treasurer shall maintain forms for complaints
to be filed under § 106.50, Wis. Stats., and shall assist
any person alleging a violation thereof in the Village of Centuria
to file a complaint thereunder with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce
Development for enforcement of § 106.50, Wis. Stats.
