If damage is caused by a property owner to Authority property and/or equipment that requires repairs and/or replacement, said property owner shall be charged at the rate of $35 per hour for all labor fees, for a minimum of eight hours, to make the necessary repairs and/or replacement.
Said property owner shall be charged an equipment fee of between $50 to $100 to be determined by the Authority based upon the equipment required to make repairs and/or replacement.
Said property owner shall be fully responsible for all additional material(s) that may be needed to make such repairs and/or replacement of property and/or equipment belonging to the Authority.
There shall be an administrative fee of $35 which shall cover the preparations of any and all billing and the filing of necessary paperwork.
All costs, fees and expenses incurred by the Authority to make necessary repairs herein shall be due and payable to the Authority within 90 days of notice to the property owner.
In the alternative to the above, the property owner may, within 90 days of being noticed by the Authority or Riverside Township of the damage caused by the property owner to Authority property and/or equipment, hire a licensed plumber or other appropriate licensed professional, to make the necessary repairs and/or replacement of Authority property and/or equipment.
Prior to instituting any work referenced herein, the appropriate party must obtain all necessary permits from Riverside Township and/or the Authority, the fees for which shall be paid by the property owner.
