F. Other Structures or Uses

1. For a specific structure or use not scheduled, the Zoning
Officer shall apply the unit or measurement of the above schedule
deemed to be most similar to the proposed structure or use.

2. In lieu of a similar structure or use, one of the following
minimum standards shall be applied when deemed applicable by the Zoning
Officer.
| |
a. 1 space for each 200 square feet of ground floor plus 1 space
for each 300 square feet of upper floor areas, or
| |
b. 1 space per 4 seats, visitors, or clients at maximum capacity
or frequenting the premises or main assembly area at any given time.
