A. No
motor vehicle shall enter on, be operated on, or parked on the streets
within the City limits of Lake Tapawingo that exceeds the following
limitations:
1. Height of more than thirteen and one-half (13.5) feet;
2. Length of more than forty (40) feet (bumper to bumper, including
the cab);
3. Width of more than eight and one-half (8.5) feet.

Notwithstanding these limitations, the Chief of Police may,
at their discretion, issue a special permit to allow a motor vehicle
in excess of the limitations herein to enter, operate on, and be parked
on the streets. The permit shall specify the entry point and streets
which may be used by the motor vehicle, any precautions to be taken
for the safe transportation on the streets, and any additional requirements
deemed necessary for the public welfare and safety.

It shall be the responsibility of the property owner, or their
contractor or agent, to contact the Chief of Police to obtain a special
permit as required herein in advance of any motor vehicle in violation
of these limitations entering, operating on, or parking on streets.

Any person or entity violating the provisions of this Section
shall pay full restitution for all damages caused either to real or
personal property of any person or persons or their guests, any property
belonging to the City of Lake Tapawingo or the Lake Tapawingo Development
Company or the Lake Tapawingo Country Club or the property of any
guests.

Any person or entity violating the provisions of this Section shall also be subject to the general penalty provisions contained in Section
100.040.
