Disposition of abandoned, lost, stolen or recovered property shall be in accordance with the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, the Texas Tax Code, and other applicable state law. Disposition of abandoned vehicles shall be in accordance with article 11.04 of the Code of Ordinances.
