Township of Patton, PA Article XXII Centre Regional Pollutant Reduction Plan Intermunicipal Agreement

§ 9-64 Adoption of agreement.

The Board of Supervisors of Patton Township hereby adopts, by reference, the cooperative agreement for the preparation of the Centre Regional Pollutant Reduction Plan.[1]

§ 9-65 Authorization to execute agreement.

The Chairman of the Patton Township Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the Township of Patton.

§ 9-66 Repealer.

All existing agreements, resolutions, and ordinances which are contrary to the provisions of this article are hereby repealed to the extent necessary to give this article full force and effect.
