During any stage of the work,
if the Municipal Engineer determines that the permanent stormwater
management facilities are not being installed in accordance with the
approved stormwater management plan, the Municipal Engineer shall
inform the developer and contractor of the deviation from the stormwater
management plan.
Certification of completeness
and record set (as-built) plans. At the completion of the project,
and as a prerequisite for the release of the guarantee or issuance
of an occupancy permit, the owner or their representative shall:
Provide a certification of
completion from a registered professional verifying that all permanent
facilities have been constructed according to the plans and specifications
and approved revisions thereto.
Provide a set of approved
stormwater management plan drawings showing all approved revisions,
and elevations and inverts to all manholes, inlets, pipes, and stormwater
control facilities.
After receipt of the certification
by the municipality, a final inspection shall be conducted by the
governing body or its designee to certify compliance with this chapter.
