between other commercial districts and adjacent residential areas.
The location of this district depends on proximity to major streets,
arterials, and business districts. This district shall be located
within or adjacent to business corridors, shopping islands or the
Central Business District. This zoning district would typically be
found in areas designated as urban mixed use, high density residential
and commercial on the Kalispell Growth Policy Future Land Use Map.
