Driveways shall not be permitted in locations that will create a dangerous or hazardous condition.

Maximum driveway openings, as measured at the bottom of the fully depressed area, shall be as follows:
(1) 
Residential District. Maximum driveway width shall not exceed 24 feet;
(2) 
Commercial or Industrial Districts. Maximum driveway width shall not exceed 35 feet.

Length of tapered curb for driveways shall be three feet.

Minimum driveway spacings shall be as follows:
(1) 
Residential District.
(A) 
Two feet of full height curb is required between a driveway and a property line extended to curbline;
(B) 
No part of any driveway may be located within five feet of the corner curb radius;
(C) 
Curb cuts for driveways shall be so located that the distance between said cuts shall be in multiples of 20 feet or to the satisfaction of the city engineer;
(D) 
Driveways on corner lots shall be on the 50% of the lot frontage most distant from the corner curb radii;
(E) 
Driveways on interior lots which have a side lot line adjoining the rear lot line of an adjacent lot shall be set back a minimum of 20 feet from said side lot line.
(2) 
Commercial or Industrial District.
(A) 
Twenty-two foot minimum of full height curb is required between driveways serving the same parcel;
(B) 
Two feet of full height curb is required between a driveway and a property line extended to the curbline with the exception that one driveway serving adjacent properties may be required by the planning commission to alleviate traffic congestion;
(C) 
No part of any driveway may be located within five feet of a corner curb radius.
