The common seal of the city is hereby adopted and described
as follows:
A design consisting of a rose, which shall occupy the center
of the seal, and surrounding which, in the margin of the seal, shall
appear the words: "City of Roseville, Incorporated April 10,
1909." Such seal shall be two inches in diameter.
