Fees shall be charged and collected
by the county for health services performed on behalf of the city
pursuant to agreement. Said fees shall be as provided in Section 2.1200
of Chapter 2 of the Placer County Code, as it now exists or may hereafter
be amended.

The health officer of Placer County
is designated to act as health officer of the city, pursuant to and
in accordance with that certain agreement between the city and county
relating to the provision of health services.

The health officer, and such registered
sanitarians as he or she may designate, are authorized to issue notices
to appear (“citations”) pursuant to California
Penal Code
Section 853.6 for violations of this code which he or she is charged
with enforcing.
