(a)
The California Mechanical Code, Title 24, Part 4, 2022 Edition, including
Chapter 1, Division II and Appendices B, C and D, which incorporates
and amends the Uniform Mechanical Code, 2021 Edition, published by
the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials
with changes, additions, and deletions set forth in this Chapter,
are adopted by reference as the mechanical code of the City.
(b)
At least one (1) copy of said mechanical code has been deposited
in the office of the Building Official and shall at all times be maintained
by the Building Official for use and examination by the public.

Section 104.5 of the California Mechanical Code is amended to
read as follows:
The fee for each permit shall be as set forth by fee resolution
of the City Council.
