(a)
The California Historical Building Code, Title 24, Part 8, 2022 Edition
and appendices thereof, as approved by the California Building Standards
Commission, prescribing regulations for the preservation, restoration,
rehabilitation, relocation or reconstruction of buildings or properties
designated as qualified historical buildings or properties within
the City, are adopted by reference as the historical building code
of the City.
(b)
At least one (1) copy of said historical building code has been deposited
in the office of the Building Official and shall at all times be maintained
by the Building Official for use and examination by the public.
