The International Plumbing Code [Energy Conservation Code],
2015 edition, a copy of which is on file in the office of the city
secretary, is hereby adopted as the building code of the city.

Section C101.1. Insert: City of Liberty Hill, Texas. Section R101.1. Insert: City of Liberty Hill, Texas. Section 107.5 is deleted and replaced with the following:

The full amount of any fee paid hereunder that was erroneously
paid or collected.

|
Zero percent (0%) of the permit fee paid where work has not
been done under a permit issued in accordance with this code.

3)
|
Zero percent (0%) of the plan review fee paid where an application
for a permit for which a plan review fee has been paid is withdrawn
or canceled before any plan review efforts have been expended.

Sections C108 and C109 are deleted.
A new subsection C407.4.1.1 is added:

C407.4.1.1. Such reports shall be prepared by the
following qualified individuals:

ICC certified individual with certificate designation 78 (Commercial
Energy Plans Examiner) or 77 (Commercial Energy Inspector).

Registered design professional bearing a seal applicable to
the state where the project will be constructed.

Reports will be required to bear a digital seal and signature
or wet seal and signature.

RESNET or BPI certified individual.
