needs of the City.
means the entity providing law enforcement services to the
City.
is a trigger locking or similar device designed to prevent
the unintentional discharge of a firearm.

Other than in defense of personal property, it is unlawful for
any person not a peace officer in the performance of his or her duties
to discharge any firearms or air gun at any place within the City.

Violation of this chapter is a misdemeanor punishable as provided in Chapter 1.12 of this code.
