§ 9.20.030 Discharge in City prohibited.

Other than in defense of personal property, it is unlawful for any person not a peace officer in the performance of his or her duties to discharge any firearms or air gun at any place within the City.

§ 9.20.040 Penalty for violation.

Violation of this chapter is a misdemeanor punishable as provided in Chapter 1.12 of this code.
