This district is designed primarily for large-scale agricultural uses of land related to the growing of crops and the raising of livestock. This district is also intended to provide a suitable environment for single-family residential development on large lots.
A. 
Minimum area: one acre with Village water and sewer; at least one acre without water and sewer and must comply with the rules of the Department of Safety and Professional Services contained in Ch. SPS 385, Wis. Adm. Code, for subdivisions not served by public sewer.
B. 
Minimum width: 150 feet.
Maximum height: 35 feet.
A. 
Minimum front yard: 25 feet; 60 feet from center line. [Amended 4-9-98].

Minimum rear yard: 20 feet.
D. 
Minimum water setback: 75 feet.
Permitted uses in the AG-R General Agriculture-Residential District include the following:

Agriculture, including animal and poultry husbandry, beekeeping, dairying and grazing, field crops, forestry, greenhouses, orchards, and wild crop harvesting, truck farming, horticulture, or viticulture. Animal husbandry is not to include the raising of swine, mink, goats nor the establishment of animal feed lots.
B. 
Dwelling, single-family.
C. 
Home occupation.
D. 
Parks, playgrounds or play fields.
E. 
Uses customarily accessory to a permitted agricultural use.
Conditional uses in the AG-R General Agriculture-Residential District include the following:

Airport, air strips and landing fields.
B. 
Animal hospital or pound.
C. 
Cemetery.
D. 
Churches.
E. 
Filling over 5,000 square feet.
F. 
Club or lodge.
G. 
Dwelling, two-family.

Farm equipment sales and/or service.

Garden or nursery store.
