The (RS-M) Mobile Home Single-Family District is intended to provide a suitable environment for single-family residential development for mobile homes only.
A. 
Minimum area to be zoned RS-M: five acres.
B. 
Minimum area: 5,000 square feet.
C. 
Minimum width: 50 feet.
Maximum height: 35 feet.
A. 
Minimum front yard: See § 255-17.
All non-corner lots would follow residential: 25 feet.

Minimum side yard: 15 feet.
C. 
Minimum rear yard: 20 feet.
D. 
Minimum water setback: 75 feet.
Permitted uses in the R-SM Mobile Home Single-Family District include the following:
A. 
Agricultural uses, including beekeeping, field crops, forestry, orchards and wild crop harvesting, truck farming, horticulture, or viticulture.
B. 
Mobile home, single-family, minimum size 10 feet by 40 feet.
C. 
Park, playground or play field.
D. 
Dwelling, single-family.
Conditional uses in the R-SM Mobile Home Single-Family District include the following:
A. 
Camping trailer, mobile home and houseboat (not intended for living purpose).
B. 
Club or lodge.
C. 
Filling, grading, lagooning and dredging.
D. 
Golf course.
E. 
Home occupation.
F. 
Public and semipublic buildings.
G. 
Rooming house or boardinghouse.
H. 
Mobile home under 10 feet by 40 feet.
