City of Laguna Beach, CA Chapter 1.17 GEOLOGICAL HAZARD ABATEMENT DISTRICTS

§ 1.17.010 Geological hazard abatement districts.

In accordance with Section 26569.7 of the California Public Resources Code, Chapter 2.5 ("Emergency Formation") of Division 17 ("Geologic Hazard Abatement Districts") of the California Public Resources Code, commencing with Section 26568, shall apply to the city of Laguna Beach and to the territory within its jurisdiction.
