No person shall urinate or defecate upon any private or public
property within the city except when done within the confines of a
restroom toilet facility or temporary sanitary outhouse facility.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall
be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned
in the County Jail for a term not exceeding six months, or by both
such fine and imprisonment.
