It is unlawful for any person to expectorate upon the floor of any public building, or upon the steps thereof, or upon the sidewalk of any public street within the City.

It is unlawful for any person to drop or place upon the floor of any public building, or upon the sidewalks of any public street within the City, any fig, fruit or vegetable, or the peel of any fruit or vegetable.

Display of material which is harmful to minors, as defined in Section 313 of the California Penal Code, in a public place, other than a public place from which minors are excluded, is prohibited unless a device commonly known as a blinder rack is placed in front of such material, so that the lower two-thirds of the material is not exposed to view.
