The following privately owned and maintained roads serving commercial
establishments generally held open to the public for purposes of vehicular
traffic and serving commercial establishments in the Coddingtown Shopping
Center are made applicable to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of
the State of California, and the traffic regulations within this Code
insofar as authorized by the California Vehicle Code in accordance
with Section 21107.6 of the California Vehicle Code. The abovementioned
privately owned and maintained roads are described as the perimeter
road around and adjacent to that regional shopping center complex
known as the Coddingtown Shopping Center and being a strip of land
approximately 50 feet wide and adjacent to the face of the curb surrounding
said building located in the main shopping center complex. Said roadway
is further delineated and graphically illustrated on a map on file
in the office of the City Clerk and designated as Drawing No. DS-1584,
dated January 26, 1971.
