Cancellation/no-show policy. It is the responsibility of the group to review the permit when received with the approved dates and times for the Recreation Center. It is imperative for groups to understand the importance of canceling in a timely manner. Unless the group gives seven working days' notice of the cancellation (non-weather-related), the group will be charged $30 per hour for the unused time. It would be the same in the case if group does not show up or call at all.

The first criteria for all applicants, regardless of the category in § 51-8C(1) above, is that 75% of all participants/players on the roster must be from Gloucester Township.

Any damages, services, will be billed accordingly. Fees not paid within 30 days of event will cause prohibition from continuous and future use of the fields or gazebo.
