The City Attorney, at the request of the Director or acting
Director of Community Development, the Cultural Heritage Board or
the City Council, may file and maintain a civil action for injunctive
relief to prohibit or enjoin any violation, or threatened violation
of the provisions of this chapter and/or to compel the correction
of any violation of this chapter.

Every person who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty
of a misdemeanor.
