This chapter establishes the decennial supervisorial redistricting
plan for the county of Merced as required by Elections Code Sections
21500 et seq.

Ordinance number 1660 is hereby repealed.

Those supervisorial districts' boundaries previously set
by Ordinance 1660 are hereby adjusted as shown in Exhibit A, attached
hereto, and by this reference made a part hereof.

On May 10, 2011, the board of supervisors adopted Resolution
No. 2011-54A, establishing the criteria to guide the readjustment
of supervisorial boundaries. The board hereby finds and determines
that the boundaries adopted hereby, and set forth in Exhibit A, are
consistent with the criteria adopted in that resolution.
