For purposes relating to the orderly development of the City
of Bellflower, and in order to carry out the provisions of this title,
the City is hereby divided into 16 zones known as the following:

The districts listed above in Section
17.12.010 and the boundaries of said districts as shown upon the map attached hereto is by reference made a part of this title and is hereby designated as the Master Zoning Map. All the notations, references, and other information
shown on the Master Zoning Map shall be as much a part of this title
as if the matters and information were fully described and set forth
herein.

Where uncertainty exists as to the boundaries of any district
shown on said map, the following rules shall apply:
A. Where
such boundaries are indicated as approximately following street and
alley lines or lot lines, such lines shall be construed to be such
boundaries.
B. In
unsubdivided property or where a district boundary divides a lot,
the location of such boundary, unless the same is indicated by dimension,
shall be determined by use of the scale appearing on the map.
C. Where
any public street or alley is officially vacated, or abandoned, the
regulations applicable to abutting property shall apply to such vacated
or abandoned street or alley.
D. Where
any private right-of-way or easement of any railroad, railway, transportation
or public utility company is vacated or abandoned, the regulations
applicable to abutting property shall apply to such vacated or abandoned
property.
E. In
case any uncertainty exists, the Director may determine the location
of boundaries, applying the rules herein wherever applicable.
