Deputy Highway Superintendent of the Town of Lockport shall
be a resident and an elector of any municipality within the County
of Niagara and adjoining the Town of Lockport.
This Article supersedes Town Law § 23, Subdivision
1, and Public Officers Law § 3, Subdivision 1, and § 30,
Subdivision 1d.
This article is enacted pursuant to the New York State Constitution, Article IX, Section 2(c)(1) and Municipal Home Rule Law § 10, Subdivision 1(ii)(a)(1) and (d)(3).
