As used in this chapter, the following words and phrases shall
have the meanings ascribed to them in this section.
shall mean "auto dismantler" as defined in Vehicle Code,
Section 220.
shall mean "junk dealer" as defined in Business and Professions
Code, Section 21601.
shall mean a person conducting a business regulated by this
chapter who is licensed under chapter 16 of this Code.
shall be the name of and shall designate the form or forms
furnished by the city to the licensee for the purpose of enabling
the licensee to record and furnish to the chief of police the required
information relative to purchases regulated by this chapter.
shall mean "secondhand dealer" as defined in Business and
Professions Code, Section 21626.

A licensee engaged in a business regulated under the provisions
of this chapter shall be subjected to each and all of the applicable
terms, conditions and provisions of chapter 16 of this Code.
