The location, installation, marking, filling, maintenance and
use of liquefied petroleum gas tanks and associated equipment shall
be in accordance with the industrial safety rules as effects liquefied
petroleum gas, and in accordance with
Health and Safety Code, Section
18425 et seq.

No trailer shall have more than two liquid petroleum gas tanks
of a capacity of 10 gallons each, or one tank not to exceed 22 gallons,
and all such tanks must be securely mounted on the tongue of the trailer.

A liquefied petroleum gas filling plant shall not be located
within the trailer park.

When the service of filling liquefied petroleum gas containers
is provided, the containers shall be filled at a properly equipped
container filling plant or from a tank truck, both complying with
the applicable requirements of the National Fire Protection Association
Standard No. 58, Storage and Handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gases.

No storage or handling of flammable liquids shall be allowed
within any trailer park within the city.
