A. Pursuant
to the provisions of section 7-24-1, New Mexico Statutes Annotated,
1978, every person who has been issued a liquor license from the regulation
and licensing department to operate within the town as a retailer,
dispenser, canopy licensee, restaurant licensee or club licensee shall
be required to pay to the town a tax of two hundred fifty dollars
($250.00) annually.
B. Persons
granted a special dispenser’s permit, under the provisions of
section 60-6A-12, New Mexico Statutes Annotated, 1978, shall pay a
fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day for each day the permittee
dispenses alcoholic beverages.

Any registration not applied and paid for by March
16 shall be subject to a late fee of ten dollars ($10.00).

A. Permit
fee.
Applicants for a permit to hold a fiesta, carnival
or festival shall pay the following fees:
1. Annual
Taos Fiestas: No fee required;
2. Other
fiestas: Fifty dollars ($50.00) per day;
3. Carnivals:
One hundred dollars ($100.00) per day;
4. Wool
Festival: No fee required;
5. Annual
fireworks display: No fee required;
6. Other
festivals: Fifty dollars ($50.00) per day.
B. Special
business registration fee for vendors, booths and stands.
It is unlawful for any person to engage in business, operate a booth
or stand, or sell goods and/or services during any fiesta, carnival
or festival within the town limits without first obtaining a special
business registration from the town. Special business registration
fees are ten dollars ($10.00) for each vendor, booth or stand.

A. If an
applicant is granted an itinerant vendor permit, the applicant shall
pay an application fee to the town according to the following scale:
1. Itinerant
vendor permit application: Fifty dollars ($50.00).
2. Solicitor:
No fee required.
3. Peddler:
No fee required.
B. Applicants
may apply for subsequent permits by paying the required fifty dollar
($50.00) permit application fee.

Pushcart vendor application:
A. On public
property: $150.00.
B. On private
property: $50.00.

An applicant for a flea market permit shall pay an annual user
fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00), and an annual thirty-five dollar
($35.00) business registration fee.

The application fee for original or renewal pawnbroker permits
is two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).

(a) The
cost of a cannabis establishment permit shall be $250.00 for the initial
permit, and $100.00 for the annual renewal of the permit.
