The board of supervisors makes the provisions of Code of Civil
Procedure Section 1094.6 applicable to all civil actions filed in
the courts of this state seeking review of administrative decisions
by the Stanislaus County board of supervisors or boards, commissions,
or other governmental entities operated under the jurisdiction of
the County of Stanislaus except when a specific statute of limitation
is provided by statute for a particular proceeding.

Pursuant to
Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.6(b), judicial
review of any decision of the board of supervisors or a board, commission,
or other governmental entity operating under the jurisdiction of the
County of Stanislaus may be had pursuant to
Code of Civil Procedure
Section 1094.5 only if the petition for writ of mandate pursuant to
Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.5 is filed not later than the
ninetieth day following the date on which the decision becomes final.
This provision shall apply except when a statute provides a period
of limitation for a specific proceeding.
