Wyoming Statutes, 1957, Section 9-535 (b) and all other parts of the Municipal Budget Act that may be in conflict with this title shall not be applicable to the city.

A. 
The municipal budget of the city may be amended at any time after its adoption to include:
1. 
Anticipated or unanticipated revenues or expenditures;
2. 
To correct errors and omissions;
3. 
To increase or decrease departmental expenditures;
4. 
Any other matters which may insure fiscal responsibility.
B. 
The budget officer shall submit to the governing body, any proposed amendments and the reasons therefor. The governing body may, by resolution, adopt such amendments as it deems advisable following a public hearing. The governing body shall set the time and date therefor and public notice thereof at least 15 days prior to the hearing.

A. 
The budget officer shall prepare and present to the governing body, a projection of anticipated income and expense for the fiscal year, or balance thereof, at the end of every three-month period, beginning October 1 each year.
B. 
The budget officer shall prepare and present to the governing body, a 10 year capital improvement budget concurrently with the presentation of the fiscal budget each year.
