For the purpose of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively described to them by this section:
"City certificate"means the certificate issued by the city in acknowledgement of either the WAM or ICC certificate, or the city license issued to the contractor.
"Contractor"means any person engaged in the business of installing, repairing, or altering mechanical equipment.
"Customer"means any person for which any mechanical work is accomplished by the contractor.
"Inspector"means the community development director, building official, or any of his or her duly authorized assistants or agents.
"Mechanical"means heating, venting, air conditioning (HVAC) trade, refrigeration trade, and the plumbing trade.
"Mechanical system"means any and all parts of the respective system as it pertains to each trade starting at the water curb stop and sewer tap for plumbing, the electrical disconnect for the HVAC or refrigeration circuit, and the gas line shut off at the service meter.
"WAM"means the Wyoming Association of Municipalities that administers ICC exams for contractors.
