In accordance with California Government Code Section 50022.2,
the 1997 Uniform Housing Code is adopted by reference, subject to
any amendments thereto as may be set forth in this title. Violations
of the provisions of this chapter or the Uniform Housing Code are
a public nuisance and punishable as an infraction.
