The purpose of this chapter is to facilitate the implementation,
administration and enforcement of various provisions of the State
Housing Law as set forth in California Health and Safety Code Section
17910 et seq., and the State Housing Law Regulations as set forth
in Title 25 of the California Code of Regulations Section 1 et seq.

Pursuant to Section 6, Local Regulations, of Title 25, the regulations
and requirements set forth in the sections of Subchapter 1 are adopted
with the exception of Section 20 and Section 24 (f) through (k) thereof.
