Pursuant to Section 856 of the Welfare and Institutions Code
there is hereby established an elementary public school and a secondary
public school in the Children's Receiving Home of Sacramento, a nonprofit
corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state, and
in effect, a part of or a branch of the juvenile hall of Sacramento
County.

The schools shall be maintained under the supervision and jurisdiction
of the governing board of the San Juan Unified School District of
Sacramento County.
