Foreword
We, the People of the County of Sacramento, State of California,
for the purpose of framing a fundamental law for its own government
under the Constitution and laws of this State do ordain and establish
this Charter for Sacramento County.

following text includes all of the charter amendments listed in the
History of Charter Amendments which follows the Charter herein.
