All persons shall pay a fee prior to being fingerprinted by
the technical services division—identification section of the
Sheriff's Department provided for herein. The amount of the fee shall
be determined by the sheriff based on the administrative cost of performing
fingerprinting services. This section does not apply to any person:
A.
Exempted
from paying fees by state statute or County ordinance;
B.
Being
fingerprinted in the course of seeking County employment;
C.
For
whom a lesser amount is specifically provided by state statute or
County ordinance as a maximum fingerprinting fee.
