Sacramento County, CA Chapter 2.94 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE COUNTY

§ 2.94.010 Necessity for Agency.

Pursuant to Section 33101 of the Health and Safety Code of the State, there is declared a need for the redevelopment agency of the County to function in the County.

§ 2.94.020 Governing Body.

Pursuant to Section 33200 of the Health and Safety Code of the State, the Board of Supervisors of the County declares itself to be the redevelopment agency of the County.
