No person, firm, partnership, association or corporation shall
knowingly dump or plow snow on any parking place for people with disabilities
rendering such place unusable for parking purposes.
A.
Any violation of this article by a person shall be deemed an offense
punishable by a fine not to exceed $50 for the first offense, or $250
for the second or subsequent offense.
B.
Any violation of this article by a firm, corporation, partnership
or association engaged in the conduct of any business, trade or commerce
or in the furnishing of any service shall be deemed an offense punishable
by a fine not to exceed $250 for the first offense, or $450 for the
second or subsequent offense.
C.
Enforcement of any violations of the provisions of this article shall
be by a Code Enforcement Officer or member of the Town Police Department."
