The town council shall hold one regular meeting a month on the
second Tuesday of each month. The meeting shall be held at Loomis
Depot, 5775 Horseshoe Bar Road, Loomis, CA 95650. Regular meetings
shall commence at seven p.m., preceded by a closed session, if any.

The town council may hereafter change the time, location and
date of its regular meeting by passage of a resolution adopted by
at least three affirmative votes of the council. Special meetings,
emergency meetings and adjourned regular meetings shall be held as
specified in notices given for such meetings.

A.
The
salary of the town council shall be fixed at a rate of three hundred
eighty-two dollars and eighty-eight cents per month. Payment shall
be made as per the town payroll schedule on a biweekly basis.
B.
Nothing
herein precludes any town councilmember from electing to decline receipt
of monthly compensation. The decision to decline compensation shall
be made known to the town manager for the necessary deletion from
payroll records.
