The City shall have a corporate seal, which shall be of the
following kind and character, to wit: a metallic circular disc, two
inches in diameter, having engraved thereon around the circumference
thereof the words "City of Warrenton, Oregon," and the words "Corporate
Seal" in the center.

The aforesaid seal is hereby adopted as the seal of said City,
and shall be affixed to all corporate instruments and documents.
