In addition to other Code standards that apply, all bed and
breakfasts in the City of Warrenton shall:
A.
Limit
the number of guest bedrooms to five.
B.
Provide
one off-street parking space per guest bedroom.
C.
Limit
signs to one non-illuminated wall-mounted sign not exceeding six square
feet in area.
D.
Be
established, inspected, and licensed according to State Health Division
requirements and/or other applicable state requirements.
E.
Attain
and maintain a current City of Warrenton business license.
