That certain code known as the Uniform Housing Code, 1997 Edition,
published by the International Conference of Building Officials, three
copies of which are on file in the City Clerk’s Office for public
record and inspection, is hereby adopted by reference and made a part
of this chapter as though set forth in this chapter in full.

The provisions of this chapter and said Uniform Housing Code
shall not apply to buildings and structures which are included in
the Inventory of Historical and Culturally Significant Structures,
Objects, and Sites.
