That certain code known as the Uniform Code for the Abatement
of Dangerous Buildings, 1997 Edition, published by the International
Conference of Building Officials, three copies of which are on file
in the City Clerk’s Office for public record and inspection,
is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter as
though set forth in this chapter in full.

The provisions of this chapter and said Dangerous Building Code
shall not apply to buildings and structures which are included in
the Inventory of Historical and Culturally Significant Structures,
Objects, and Sites.
