Pursuant to authority in Section 935 of the Government Code, all claims against the District for money or damages, including claims excepted by Section 905 from Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 900) and Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 910) of the Government Code, and which are not governed by another state law shall be presented within the time and in the manner prescribed herein.
Claims for damages filed against the District shall be processed
and resolved in accordance with the policy of the City of Encinitas
described in the City of Encinitas Administrative Manual Risk Management
Policy RM001.
