A.
Holders of retail liquor licenses issued by the City of Crystal Lake, which licenses authorize the sale of mixed drinks/cocktails for consumption on the licensed premises, are temporarily authorized to make carry out, curbside delivery and/or home residential deliveries of mixed drinks/cocktails. Such sales and deliveries shall only be made in compliance with Illinois law and only to persons who are at least 21 years of age. Such sales and deliveries shall further comply with the guidelines and/or restrictions set forth in the Illinois Liquor Control Act, including but not limited to 235 ILCS 5/6-28.8 and any guidance or restriction issued by the Illinois Liquor Control Commission.
B.
This authorization shall apply to the categories of licenses described in Subsection A, herein, notwithstanding any limitation of such licenses restricting sales to on-premises consumption only.
C.
This temporary delivery authorization shall expire on August 1, 2028.
