The Council hereby declares that there is a need for a Redevelopment
Agency to function in the community.

The name of the agency shall be the Redevelopment Agency of
the City of Ojai and will sometimes be referred to as the Redevelopment
Agency or the Agency.

The Agency shall exercise all the powers and functions provided
by the Community Redevelopment Law of the State and all other applicable
laws.

The Council hereby declares itself to be the Agency.
