The 1976 Edition of the Standard Specifications for Public Works
Construction, and all subsequent amendments and additions thereto,
written and promulgated by the Southern California Chapter of the
American Public Works Association and Southern California District
of the Associated General Contractors of California, Joint Cooperative
Committee, three certified copies of which are on file in the office
of the City Clerk, is hereby adopted and incorporated in this chapter
by reference as though set forth in full in this chapter.

Any violation of the provisions of said Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction shall be an infraction and shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 2 of Title 1 of this Code.
