City of Lewes, DE Article X Adoption of Mechanical Code

§ 70-31 Mechanical Code adopted.

The International Mechanical Code, the current edition as adopted by the State of Delaware, including Appendix Chapter A, as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the Mechanical Code of the City of Lewes, in the State of Delaware, and each and all regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions, and terms of said Mechanical Code are hereby referred to, adopted, and made part hereof as if fully set out herein.
